UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
TCW has converted the TCW MetWest Sustainable Securitized Fund into the actively managed TCW Securitized Income ETF (TIZE), broadening its mandate and bringing the firm’s securitized-credit expertise to the ETF market. TIZE targets opportunities across the more than $15tn securitized market, including RMBS, CMBS, ABS and CLOs, using fundamental credit research and active sector allocation to pursue income and relative value as conditions change. TCW has invested in securitized markets since 1989, manages roughly $72bn in securitized assets and has more than 30 dedicated investment professionals. The conversion also expands TCW’s growing active fixed-income ETF lineup.
