flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
The Sector Rotation Long/Short ETF (DRFT) is designed to pursue capital appreciation through systematic U.S. equity sector rotation. A proprietary model ranks sectors using price trends, relative strength, momentum and risk factors, generating long, short or neutral signals that are generally reviewed daily. The fund’s net exposure can range from 100% long to 100% short and may be implemented through ETFs, individual stocks, swaps and options. The strategy aims to generate returns with less reliance on broad market direction and may involve frequent trading and leverage.
