UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
State Street Investment Management launched the SPDR UC Investments 90/10 Endowment Strategy Index ETF (UCBG) with a $2.5 billion anchor investment from UC Investments, making it the largest-ever launch of a U.S.-listed ETF, excluding conversions. Developed with UC Investments, UCBG packages an endowment-inspired strategy into an ETF, allocating 90% to the S&P 500 and 10% to short-duration investment-grade corporate bonds. The approach draws on UC’s $7.9 billion Blue and Gold Endowment Pool and emphasizes low-cost, liquid public-market exposure.
