Sprott Asset Management and HANetf have launched the Sprott Rare Earths Ex-China UCITS ETF (REXC), providing pure-play exposure to rare earth companies while excluding China, the dominant global producer. Listed on the LSE, Deutsche Börse and Borsa Italiana, REXC carries a 0.65% TER and tracks a Nasdaq Sprott index covering mining, separation, refining and production. Australia and the US account for roughly 48% and 39% of the portfolio, respectively, with MP Materials, Lynas Rare Earths and USA Rare Earth its largest holdings. The ETF targets growing demand linked to defence, energy security, electrification, data centres and advanced technology.
