UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Scalable Capital has launched the Scalable MSCI AC World Leveraged Daily Swap Xtrackers UCITS ETF, offering 2x daily exposure to global equities through the MSCI ACWI Leveraged 2X Select Index. The firm says the ETF, with a 0.45% TER, is the lowest-cost leveraged global equity ETF available in Europe. Developed with Xtrackers, the synthetic ETF provides exposure to more than 2,400 companies across 47 countries and targets active investors seeking amplified market exposure. Scalable highlights uses ranging from tactical positioning to leveraged savings plans, while noting that daily leverage resets and market volatility can cause returns to diverge from twice the index’s long-term performance.
