New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
REX Shares approved a 1-for-10 reverse stock split for the T-REX 2X Long MSTR Daily Target ETF (MSTU). Shareholders will receive one post-split share for every ten shares held, with any fractional shares redeemed for cash at the fund’s net asset value. The reverse split will take effect after the market close on August 21, 2026, and shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on August 24. The fund’s creation unit size will remain unchanged at 10,000 shares. Reverse splits are typically used to raise a fund’s share price while maintaining its underlying leveraged exposure and investment objective.
