ProCap Investment Advisers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Silvia, has filed for the Silvia Best Ideas ETF, an actively managed fund that will invest in stock ideas featured in Opening Bell Daily's Best Ideas Club. The research service publishes weekly investment ideas sourced from interviews with institutional investors and portfolio managers discussing their highest-conviction picks. The ETF's sub-adviser will independently evaluate these ideas using fundamental and quantitative analysis, focusing on growth potential, cash flow, valuations, and competitive positioning. Eligible companies must have a market capitalization of at least $250 million and meet liquidity requirements. The fund expects to hold 40 to 60 approximately equally weighted stocks, targeting a 12-month holding period with weekly portfolio reconstitution. A portfolio manager's ownership stake in Opening Bell Daily creates potential conflicts of interest disclosed in the filing.
