JO Hambro Plans Active ETF Expansion Across U.S. and Europe
London-based investment boutique JO Hambro Capital Management plans to enter the active ETF market, initially launching products in the United States before…
The Fitz-Gerald Must Have Dividend Portfolio® ETF (DITZ) will use its Must Have Dividend Portfolio framework to select 20–40 dividend-paying stocks. Rather than focusing solely on dividends, the strategy targets “true shareholder yield,” combining dividends, share buybacks and debt reduction. Companies are screened across five structural themes—Digitalization, Defense, Diffusion, Distribution and Dislocation—with emphasis on strong free cash flow and durable competitive advantages. The actively-managed fund expects to favor large- and mid-cap stocks, rebalance at least three times annually and pay quarterly dividends.
