The London Stock Exchange is discussing incentives with major ETF market makers, including Flow Traders, to support overnight liquidity on its planned LSE 24 venue. Incentives could offset the higher staffing, capital and pricing risks of trading while underlying markets are closed, helping keep spreads competitive as overnight volumes develop.
