Longnook has launched the Longnook Uncommon Compounders ETF (LUNC) on the NYSE. The actively managed fund seeks companies it considers durable, high-quality businesses that the market has undervalued. It can invest across countries, including emerging markets, and in companies of any size. Its research process uses an AI model to analyze potential holdings, but the portfolio manager reviews its findings and makes every investment decision. The team assesses valuation, competitive advantage, governance, balance sheet strength and the risk of permanent capital loss. LUNC is not managed against an index and may favor sectors or regions where the manager sees improving conditions. As a non-diversified fund, it may hold larger positions in fewer companies.
