Leverage Shares has filed for three actively managed ETFs providing concentrated exposure to major South Korean conglomerates: Samsung Group, Hyundai Motor/HD Hyundai and SK Group. Each fund will invest at least 80% of assets in listed group companies or related ADRs, GDRs and financial instruments. The Samsung strategy spans semiconductors, electronics, batteries, biotech, finance and industrials; Hyundai covers autos, robotics, shipbuilding, construction and energy infrastructure; while SK targets businesses including SK Hynix, SK Telecom and SK Innovation across AI memory, telecom and energy. Portfolios will generally be market-cap weighted and rebalanced at least quarterly, with swaps, options, FLEX options and other ETFs/ETPs available when direct Korean-market exposure is less efficient.
