Kurv Investments has filed to launch seven actively managed Enhanced Income ETFs covering U.S. large-cap, U.S. small-cap, Nasdaq-100, international, European, Japanese, and emerging market equities. The funds seek to generate income and capital appreciation by combining equity exposure—primarily through ETFs, individual securities, and derivatives—with actively managed options strategies, including covered calls, call and put spreads, protective puts, and risk reversals. The portfolios may use synthetic long positions, including FLEX Options, to efficiently gain market exposure while investing remaining assets in actively managed investment-grade fixed income securities, preferred securities, and, to a limited extent, high-yield bonds. The strategy is designed to enhance income while maintaining diversified equity exposure across major global markets.
