UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
J.P. Morgan Asset Management has launched the JPMorgan U.S. Large Cap Value Plus ETF (JLVP), its first actively managed extension strategy ETF, listed on Nasdaq. The fund combines a U.S. large-cap value portfolio with a long/short extension sleeve, taking long positions in undervalued stocks and short positions in companies expected to underperform. JLVP leverages J.P. Morgan’s institutional extension strategy expertise, a platform managing $25 billion globally as of June 2026. The ETF is managed by Scott Blasdell and Jim Brown and offers a temporary reduced management fee of 0.49% through February 2028, providing investors broader access to an active, research-driven alpha-seeking strategy.
