The JOHCM Emerging Markets ETF (JEMP) will invest at least 80% of assets in emerging- and frontier-market equities. The all-cap actively-managed strategy will combine bottom-up stock research with country, sector and currency analysis, seeking companies with strengthening fundamentals, earnings growth and positive revisions. Its “dual growth” framework will dynamically allocate between secular growth companies benefiting from long-term trends and recovery growth companies rebounding from temporary challenges. The ETF will typically hold 70–120 stocks, including smaller and less-followed companies, and generally will not hedge currency exposure. Vident Asset Management will serve as trading sub-adviser.
