flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
The iShares Macro AlphaBeta Active ETF combines two distinct return sources: a U.S. large-cap equity strategy and a flexible macro asset allocation strategy. The fund will dynamically allocate between core U.S. equity exposure and tactical positions across global stocks, fixed income, currencies, commodities, and cash, using derivatives extensively and taking both long and short positions. The macro sleeve is designed to generate returns with low correlation to U.S. equities, while commodity exposure may be gained through a Cayman Islands subsidiary. The broad mandate gives managers significant flexibility to shift exposures across asset classes and market environments in pursuit of total return.
