Invesco Shifts BulletShares ETF Indexes to ICE Data

Invesco will transition the underlying indexes for its BulletShares bond ETF lineup and Invesco Investment Grade Defensive ETF from Invesco Indexing to ICE Data Indices, with the change expected to close around Aug. 31, 2026. The update is largely administrative, with index methodologies not expected to change materially. Prospectuses will be revised to reflect ICE as the index provider, remove affiliated index provider disclosures and related risk language, and add or clarify certain index eligibility rules for BulletShares funds. The transition is intended to preserve continuity while establishing an independent index provider.
