Shareholders may redeem or exchange shares through August 14, 2026, with the funds expected to liquidate and distribute cash proceeds on or about August 31, 2026. Ahead of the liquidation, the ETFs will begin selling portfolio holdings and increasing cash positions, and will no longer pursue their stated investment objectives.
