Haven Private’s actively managed ETF seeks broad U.S. equity exposure while mitigating downside risk by favoring stocks with stronger quantitative ratings. Its model evaluates factors including valuation, profitability, earnings quality, growth, leverage, analyst revisions, momentum and volatility, while portfolio managers retain final investment discretion. At least 80% of assets will normally be invested in U.S. equities, with up to 20% permitted in foreign securities. The fund can also use ETFs for exposure and typically reduces individual positions that reach 10% of holdings.
