Hartford Introduces International Equity ETF With Wellington (ACIN)

Hartford Funds has introduced the Hartford Alpha Capture International Equity ETF (ACIN), an actively managed strategy seeking to outperform the MSCI EAFE Index. The fund invests at least 65% of its net assets in foreign equities and at least 80% in equities overall, primarily targeting large- and mid-cap companies across international markets. Sub-adviser Wellington Management supplies investment ideas from multiple fundamental equity teams, each employing distinct investment styles and research approaches. The portfolio manager selects high-conviction stocks and securities offering attractive risk-return characteristics, while using quantitative tools to optimize portfolio construction and manage risk. The strategy maintains flexibility across countries, sectors and market capitalizations, without fixed allocations to individual investment styles or geographic markets.
