Harbor Capital has filed for the AI Software Beneficiaries ETF, an actively managed fund targeting software companies positioned to benefit from the growing adoption of artificial intelligence. The ETF will invest at least 80% of its assets in companies expected to generate significant economic benefits as AI becomes increasingly integrated into software products and services. Its investment universe spans application software, data infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, and other AI-related software services. The strategy uses a proprietary thematic scoring system to assess companies based on their exposure to AI-driven software demand, with portfolio weights determined by their thematic relevance.
