PGIM has announced plans to transfer the primary listing of its PGIM Active High Yield Bond ETF (PHYL) from NYSE Arca to Cboe BZX Exchange. According to a prospectus supplement dated October 13, 2026, the fund is expected to cease trading on NYSE Arca after the market close on October 28 and begin trading on Cboe BZX at the market open on October 29. The ETF will retain its existing ticker, PHYL, and the transition will not affect its investment objective, principal investment strategies, portfolio management, or fees and expenses.
