Harbor Capital has filed for the Agentic Commerce ETF, an actively managed fund targeting companies and digital assets positioned to benefit from the rise of AI agents that research, select, negotiate, and execute purchases on behalf of consumers and businesses. The ETF will invest at least 80% of its assets in businesses and technologies supporting agentic commerce, including retailers, payment providers, software developers, cybersecurity firms, and digital asset platforms. The strategy uses a proprietary thematic scoring system to assess companies and digital assets based on their exposure to AI-driven transactions. The fund may invest globally across companies of all sizes, including emerging markets and private securities, while gaining cryptocurrency exposure through exchange-traded products. The ETF will maintain a concentrated portfolio, with holdings weighted according to their relevance to the agentic commerce ecosystem.
