UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Hamilton ETFs and Westcourt Capital have launched the Westcourt Hamilton Yield Portfolio ETF (WHYP), an actively managed fund targeting attractive monthly income and risk-adjusted long-term returns. The ETF invests through a diversified portfolio of ETFs focused mainly on large-cap equities, combining Hamilton’s options expertise with Westcourt’s asset-allocation and risk-management capabilities. Designed as a tax-efficient core equity-income solution emphasizing liquidity and capital growth, WHYP begins TSX trading Sept. 10 in Canadian-dollar (WHYP) and U.S.-dollar (WHYP.U) unhedged units.
