Goldman Sachs Renames Two Thematic ETFs Without Strategy Changes

Goldman Sachs Asset Management will rename two thematic ETFs effective after the close of business on December 28, 2026. The Goldman Sachs Future Health Care Equity ETF will become the Goldman Sachs Health Care Opportunities ETF, while the Goldman Sachs Future Tech Leaders Equity ETF will be renamed the Goldman Sachs Global Tech Innovation ETF. The changes were approved by the Goldman Sachs ETF Trust board at its September 14-16 meeting. The renamings will not alter either fund’s investment objective, principal investment strategy or current portfolio holdings. The updated names will be reflected across each fund’s prospectus, summary prospectus and statement of additional information from the effective date.
