Dan Ives will resume compiling the research reports that underpin the Dan IVES Wedbush AI Revolution ETF (IVES) and Dan IVES Wedbush AI Power & Infrastructure ETF (IVEP) after Yorkville & Ives received the required regulatory approvals. The Wedbush Securities Equity Research team will no longer participate in producing either report. Ives, now a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Yorkville & Ives, will continue compiling the Dan Ives AI 30 Research Report and AI Power & Infrastructure 30 Research Report, which identify companies tied to AI development, adoption, data centers, power generation and related infrastructure. Both reports are generally published semi-annually and feed into the respective ETFs’ underlying indexes. Yorkville will license the research to the adviser, while Wedbush will continue licensing the Dan Ives name. Ives will not separately receive compensation from either agreement.
