The Global X China Semiconductor ETF will offer concentrated exposure to China’s semiconductor industry, including chip design, fabrication, equipment, materials, packaging, testing, and software/IP companies listed in mainland China or Hong Kong. The actively-managed fund may use swaps to navigate market-access and ownership constraints. Portfolio managers may also use Wealthspot-developed models combining machine learning, earnings momentum, and price momentum to rank stocks. The non-diversified fund will concentrate at least 25% of assets in relevant technology industries.
