F/m Investments to Liquidate Compoundr High Yield Bond ETF (CPHY)

F/m Investments plans to close and liquidate the F/m Compoundr High Yield Bond ETF (CPHY) on or around December 4, 2026, following approval by The RBB Fund's board of directors. The Nasdaq-listed ETF will begin unwinding its portfolio on November 20, shifting away from its investment strategy toward cash and liquid assets, with the transition expected to be largely complete by November 27. The fund will stop accepting new creation orders after November 23, while its final day of exchange trading will be December 3. Shareholders who retain their holdings through liquidation will receive a cash distribution representing their proportional share of the fund's remaining assets, including any accrued dividends and capital gains. The distributions will be taxable, and the liquidation date remains subject to change.
