Fidelity International Launches Two Active ETFs With Dynamic Downside Buffers

Fidelity International has expanded its active ETF lineup with the launch of two dynamic buffer strategies designed to cushion losses during moderate equity market declines while maintaining exposure to long-term growth opportunities. The Fidelity Global Equity Dynamic Buffer UCITS ETF (FGLB) and Fidelity US Equity Dynamic Buffer UCITS ETF (FUSB) combine the firm's research-driven equity investment approach with a systematic downside buffer that adjusts gradually as market conditions change. Unlike strategies offering a fixed level of protection, the funds target a dynamic buffer that is not guaranteed. Both ETFs listed on Borsa Italiana and Xetra on October 21, 2026, with additional listings planned on the London Stock Exchange on October 22 and SIX Swiss Exchange on October 26. The launches broaden Fidelity's active ETF offering with a focus on managing equity market drawdowns.
