DZ Bank Launches Short-Dated Eurozone Government Bond ETF

DZ Bank has launched the DZ BANK Eurozone Staatsanleihen 1-3 Jahre UCITS ETF (DZGB) through a partnership with white-label issuer HANetf, offering exposure to investment-grade eurozone government bonds with remaining maturities of one to three years. Listed on Xetra on October 1, the physically replicated ETF tracks the Solactive Eurozone 1-3 Year Government Bond Index TR and holds 60 securities. The shorter maturity profile is designed to reduce sensitivity to interest-rate moves compared with longer-dated sovereign bonds, while spreading exposure across multiple eurozone issuers. DZGB is accumulating, denominated in euros, and charges a 0.15% TER. The Ireland-domiciled Article 6 UCITS ETF launched with roughly €1 million in net assets.
