Dimensional Adds ETF Share Class to U.S. Large Company Portfolio

Dimensional Fund Advisors has launched ETF Class Shares (DLCU) for its U.S. Large Company Portfolio, expanding investor access to the existing strategy through an exchange-traded fund share class. The portfolio seeks to approximate the total return of the S&P 500 Index by investing primarily in the benchmark’s constituent stocks in similar proportions, with at least 95% of net assets invested in S&P 500 companies under normal market conditions. While closely aligned with the index, the strategy allows for implementation adjustments around index reconstitutions and other market events. The ETF share class provides a new vehicle for accessing the portfolio’s large-cap U.S. equity exposure.
