The Davidson Intermediate Taxable ETF will focus primarily on investment-grade securities with maturities of one to ten years. The actively-managed fund may invest across Treasuries, corporate bonds, taxable municipals, agency and GSE debt, MBS and ABS, while allowing up to 5% in below-investment-grade debt. Corporate bonds can represent up to 80% of assets and Treasuries up to 100%, with most other categories capped at 20%. Davidson will actively manage duration, yield-curve positioning and credit exposure using fundamental credit research alongside quantitative measures such as yield, duration and income, seeking securities with attractive risk/reward profiles and potential for credit-spread tightening.
