The Counterpoint Quantitative Large Equity ETF (CPQL) will use a proprietary machine-learning model to rank large-cap U.S. stocks and ADRs. The model evaluates more than 40 variables spanning value, price reversal and momentum, profitability, investor sentiment, and stability, updating relationships as market conditions change. The actively-managed fund will hold at least 50 securities and rebalance at least quarterly, generally selecting the model’s highest-ranked stocks. Risk controls cap sector exposure at 35% and industry exposure at 25% of net assets.
