Capital Wealth Planning filed for two actively managed ETFs: CWP Premium Growth ETF (CWPG) and CWP Premium Dividend ETF (CWPD). CWPG will invest at least 80% in growth-oriented ETFs tracking the Nasdaq-100 or Russell 1000 Growth and allocate at least 25% to semiconductors. CWPD will invest at least 80% in dividend-paying U.S. large- and mega-cap index ETFs. Both funds generally expect to hold only one to three underlying ETFs, with allocations reviewed quarterly, and may tactically write exchange-traded covered calls based on market conditions. Both will be non-diversified and may also hold money market funds.
