Caldwell Investment Management has filed for the Caldwell-Lazard CorePlus Infrastructure Fund – ETF Series (CPIF CN), an actively managed strategy targeting a diversified portfolio of high-quality global infrastructure companies. The fund will emphasize businesses offering stable cash flows and consistent growth, providing exposure to infrastructure assets across global markets. CPIF will carry a 1.00% management fee, positioning the strategy as an actively selected alternative to traditional index-based infrastructure ETFs.
