ARK Files AI Factory ETF Targeting the AI Infrastructure Buildout

ARK Investment Management has filed to introduce the ARK AI Factory ETF, an actively managed fund targeting companies building and operating large-scale infrastructure for industrial AI computing. The strategy will invest across the AI infrastructure supply chain, including semiconductor manufacturers, accelerated computing hardware providers, server and rack systems, high-bandwidth memory, networking equipment and specialized AI cloud capacity. It will also cover power delivery, thermal management, liquid cooling and software supporting AI factory operations. The fund aims to capture investment associated with expanding AI computing capacity, primarily through total return swaps and direct equity holdings.
