New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
21Shares will waive the 0.21% sponsor fee on its Solana ETF (TSOL) for 12 months starting July 28, 2026, reducing the fee to 0.00% as it seeks to expand adoption among retail and institutional investors. The ETF provides direct exposure to Solana without requiring investors to manage wallets or private keys and also captures on-chain staking rewards, currently estimated at a net annual yield of about 4.65%. The firm says the move builds on its strategy of offering low-cost crypto investment products backed by established custody and operational infrastructure.
