Zerodha Introduces ETF Tracking India's 10 Largest Banks

Zerodha Fund House has introduced the Zerodha BSE Top 10 Banks ETF, offering concentrated exposure to India's ten largest listed banking stocks by free-float market capitalization. The ETF tracks the BSE Top 10 Banks Total Return Index, which caps individual stock weights at 33% and limits the combined weight of the three largest constituents to 63%. The index is reconstituted semi-annually in June and December. The fund's new fund offer (NFO) runs from October 12 to October 26, 2026, with units priced at ₹100 each and a minimum investment of ₹1,000. Following allotment, the ETF is designed to trade on the NSE and BSE, providing investors with access to India's banking sector through a single investment. The fund reinvests dividends and carries a Very High Risk classification, reflecting its concentrated sector exposure.
