Zacks to Convert Two Core Equity Mutual Funds Into ETFs

Zacks Investment Management has approved the conversion of two existing mutual funds into ETFs, with the reorganizations expected to take effect around November 20, 2026. The Zacks All-Cap Core Fund (CZOVX) will become the Zacks All-Cap Core ETF (ALLZ), while the Zacks Small-Cap Core Fund (ZSCIX, ZSCCX) will convert into the Zacks Small-Cap Core ETF (ZCAP). Both funds will retain their existing investment objectives and strategies, combining proprietary quantitative models, including the Zacks Rank, with fundamental stock selection. The All-Cap ETF will target U.S. equities across market capitalizations, while the Small-Cap ETF will focus on Russell 2000-sized companies. Advisory fees will fall to 0.44% for both ETFs, from 0.80% and 0.90%, respectively. The reorganizations are intended to be tax-free, except for potential fractional-share payments, and require no shareholder vote.
