Kurv Investment Management has reduced management fees on six of its Yield Premium Strategy ETFs from 1.15% to 0.99%, effective November 1, 2026. The 16-basis-point reduction applies to the Amazon (AMZP), Apple (AAPY), Google (GOOP), Microsoft (MSFY), Netflix (NFLP), and Tesla (TSLP) ETFs, which seek to generate income through options-based strategies linked to individual technology stocks. Approved by the Kurv ETF Trust's board on October 23, the changes bring each fund's management fee in line with its previously established expense cap of 0.99%. As a result, Kurv has also terminated the expense limitation agreements covering the six funds. While the reduction lowers the stated advisory fees, investors may not see an equivalent decrease in total fund expenses, given the existing fee caps. The move simplifies the funds' fee structures while maintaining their existing investment strategies
