Yorkville Files 2X Long and Inverse ETFs on Memory Chip Fund

Yorkville America has filed for two leveraged ETFs tied to the Yorkville America Next Generation Memory Index ETF (NRAM): the Yorkville America 2X Long NRAM Daily Target ETF and the Yorkville America 2X Inverse NRAM Daily Target ETF. The funds would seek 200% and -200%, respectively, of NRAM’s daily performance, primarily through swaps, with the long fund also able to use call options and direct shares and the inverse fund able to use put options and short sales. Both would reset their exposure daily, meaning returns over periods longer than one day could differ significantly from twice, or negative twice, NRAM’s cumulative return due to compounding and volatility. NRAM tracks companies involved in physical and advanced semiconductor memory technologies. Yorkville America Equities advises both NRAM and the proposed leveraged funds.
