SEI has updated the principal investment strategy of the SEI DBi Multi-Strategy Alternative ETF (QALT). Under the revised approach, the fund will take long and short positions providing broad exposure to global equity, fixed income and currency markets, primarily through exchange-traded derivatives including futures, options and swaps. It may also use over-the-counter derivatives such as forwards. The fund will generally hold cash and money market instruments, including U.S. Treasuries and other high-quality short-term securities, to collateralize its derivatives positions. It may also invest periodically in ETFs, including U.S. and non-U.S. corporate bond ETFs. No other changes were made to the prospectus.
