UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
YieldMax has launched a new actively managed ETF targeting the memory semiconductor and data storage ecosystem while using options strategies to seek current income. The fund can invest across DRAM and NAND producers, storage hardware makers, memory controllers and related companies, with exposure obtained directly or through options and swaps. Its sample portfolio includes Roundhill Memory ETF, Micron and SK hynix as major positions. The strategy aims to benefit from rising AI and cloud-driven data demand, though call writing may limit upside and distributions are not guaranteed.
