XFUNDS has launched the actively managed XFUNDS Large Cap Income ETF (VOOY), combining U.S. large-cap equity exposure with options strategies aimed at generating additional income. The fund primarily invests in ETFs tracking large-cap U.S. stocks, while using call and put spreads, short calls and cash-secured puts to collect option premiums and support cash distributions. VOOY may also hold Treasury bills and money market instruments for liquidity or collateral, expanding XFUNDS’ lineup of income-focused active ETFs.
