Roundhill Files for ETF Targeting CPU Makers and Designers
Roundhill has filed for the Roundhill CPU ETF (XCPU), an actively managed fund targeting companies deriving at least 50% of revenues from central processing units and integrated systems.
WisdomTree has filed for the WisdomTree U.S. Core Defined Outcome Fund, an actively managed strategy using derivatives to gain U.S. equity exposure through defined return investments, including autocallables. These instruments seek predefined positive returns when specified conditions are met, potentially generating gains in flat or slightly declining markets while sacrificing some equity upside. Autocallables may redeem early if an underlying index meets a preset level on an observation date. Capital losses can occur if the index finishes below its maturity barrier, and severe, sustained downturns may produce equity-like losses. The fund would also hold Treasuries and cash for liquidity and derivatives collateral.
