UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Virtus Investment Partners has converted two mutual funds managed through its partnership with Zevenbergen Capital Investments into the Virtus Zevenbergen Innovative Growth ETF (ZINN) and Virtus Zevenbergen Discovery Growth ETF (ZDIS). Zevenbergen serves as investment partner, with Nancy Zevenbergen, Joseph Dennison and Anthony Zackery managing both strategies. ZINN targets disruptive, high-growth companies across market caps and life-cycle stages, while ZDIS emphasizes earlier-stage emerging growth companies. Both use concentrated, bottom-up portfolios. As of Aug. 14, assets were $136.1 million for ZINN and $70.8 million for ZDIS.
