Tuttle Capital has filed for seven thematic autocallable income ETFs targeting Memory & Storage, Quantum Computing, Photonics & Optical, Space & Defense Technology, AI Power & Grid, AI Leaders, and Robotics & Physical AI. Each fund will use total return swaps to track an index of weekly laddered synthetic autocallable contracts linked to a basket of typically 3–10 stocks. Contracts have approximately five-year maturities, with coupons payable every four weeks when the basket remains at or above 70% of its initial level. Missed coupons can be recovered through a memory feature, while contracts may be called early from year two if the basket reaches its initial level. A volatility overlay adjusts exposure based on market conditions, potentially reducing income during volatile periods. The ETFs intend to distribute income monthly, although payments are not guaranteed. Investors face the full decline in the underlying basket if it finishes below the 70% maturity barrier.
