Teucrium to Close 2x Daily BNB ETF XBNB in October

Teucrium will close and liquidate the Teucrium xETFs 2x Long Daily BNB ETF (XBNB), following board approval on its adviser’s recommendation. Trading on NYSE Arca is expected to end at the close on October 2, 2026, when creation and redemption orders will also cease. Liquidation is scheduled for approximately October 9. The fund is immediately unwinding its portfolio and increasing cash holdings, meaning it will no longer pursue its investment objective. Remaining shareholders will receive a cash payment based on their shares’ net asset value on the liquidation date, including accrued gains and dividends and reflecting liquidation costs. Investors will lose access to normal exchange trading after October 2.
