Korea Exchange Opens Extended Trading, ETFs Remain Excluded
The Korea Exchange has launched its new after-hours market, extending real-time trading from 4 p.m.
T. Rowe Price has agreed to acquire F/m Investments, a $19 billion fixed income manager offering 20 ETFs plus institutional and separately managed accounts. The deal is expected to increase T. Rowe Price’s fixed income AUM by nearly 9% and more than double its fixed income ETF assets. F/m brings its US Benchmark Series of single-Treasury ETFs, along with TIPS, corporate and municipal bond products and experience with dual-share-class and tokenized ETF initiatives. F/m will retain its brand and leadership after the deal closes, expected in early 2027. Financial terms were not disclosed.
