T. Rowe Price Launches Core Small-Cap ETF (TSEE)

T. Rowe Price launched the Small-Cap ETF (TSEE), an actively managed strategy offering broad exposure to U.S. small-cap stocks across value and growth styles. Designed as a core portfolio holding, TSEE typically owns more than 200 companies and uses fundamental research and security selection to pursue long-term capital growth beyond index-based approaches. At least 80% of assets are invested in small-cap securities, generally defined using the market-cap ranges of major small-cap indexes. The fund primarily holds U.S. common stocks but can invest internationally and may develop significant exposure to individual sectors when opportunities warrant.
