ChinaAMC Launches Hong Kong Dividend, Growth and HK-US HALO ETFs

Symmetry Partners has launched the Symmetry Panoramic International Country Momentum ETF (ICMO), a rules-based fund that shifts exposure among countries and regions in the MSCI ACWI ex-US universe. It assigns 75% of the portfolio to countries showing the strongest relative performance based on six- and 12-month momentum signals. The remaining 25% goes to one of three broader exposures: developed markets, emerging markets or the total international market, also selected using momentum. The approach aims to follow changing market leadership rather than maintain fixed country weights. It may therefore look quite different from a conventional international equity ETF, particularly when performance is concentrated in a few markets.
ICMO demonstrates our continued commitment to providing innovative, rules-based solutions. We believe this ETF delivers a distinctive way to capture changing leadership in international markets and is a wonderful complement to the Symmetry Panoramic Sector Momentum ETF (Ticker: SMOM) launched in September 2025.
